Bağcılar, Şeyh Şaban-ı Veli Sempozyumu’na ev sahipliği yaptı
Bağcılar Belediyesi’nin ev sahipliğinde düzenlenen programda Anadolu’nun dört manevi diğerinden biri olan Hz. Şeyh Şaban-ı Veli Hazretleri, her yönüyle İstanbullulara anlatıldı. Başta Kastamonulular olmak üzere İstanbul’un dört bir yanından çok sayıda vatandaş programa yoğun ilgi gösterdi.
Kastamonu’nun evliyalarından olan Şeyh Şaban-ı Veli Hazretleri Bağcılar Belediyesi’nin düzenlediği bir etkinlikle hem anıldı hem de davetlilere anlatıldı. Sempozyuma ev sahipliği yapmaktan dolayı mutlu olduklarını söyleyen Bağcılar Belediye Başkanı Abdullah Özdemir, “Şeyh Şaban-ı Veli Hazretlerinin Kastamonu’da kurmuş olduğu dergâh Osmanlı döneminde yüzyıllar boyunca bir ilim, kültür ve irfan merkezi olarak etkisini hissettirmiş, bu önemli şeyh ve talebeleri verdikleri eserleriyle, düşünce ve fikirleriyle Osmanlı düşünce hayatına yön vermişlerdir. Bu sempozyumda Şeyh Şaban-ı Veli Hazretleri merkeze alınmakla birlikte Halvetiyye’nin Osmanlı topraklarındaki etkileri, Halveti/Şabani düşüncesi, Kastamonu’nun ilim ve fikir dünyası ve tarihsel geçmişi ele alındı” dedi.
Ayrıca, Şeyh Şaban-ı Veli Hazretleri ile ilgili olarak düzenlenen sempozyumda sunulan tebliğlerin Mart ayı içerisinde kitap olarak basılması planlanıyor.
