Esenler Belediyesi, edebiyat dünyasından pek çok ismi “Edebiyat Durağı” adlı söyleşi ile Esenlerlilerle buluşturuyor. Programın bu ayki konuğu akademisyen ve yazar Prof. Dr. Durali Yılmaz oldu.

Esenler Belediyesi’nin kültür sanat etkinlikleri kapsamında meraklılarıyla buluşan Yılmaz, edebiyata, yazar ve şairlere dair pek çok bilgi paylaştı. Program sonunda katılımcılara, Yılmaz’ın “Roman Sanatı ve Toplum” adlı eseri hediye edildi.
KALEM KILIÇTAN DAHA ÖNEMLİDİR
Gazeteci- yazar Mehmet Nuri Yardım’ın moderatörlüğünde gerçekleşen programda “Roman, milli midir?” sorusunu yanıtlayan Yılmaz, “Kalem, kılıçtan daha önemlidir. İnsanlığı fethetmek için ilk emir ‘Oku!’ dur. Onun için önce okumayı öğrenmeliyiz. Ben iletişim fakültesinde hocalık yaparken ABD’den iletişim fakülteleri direktörü bir hoca geldi. Ona sorduk, ‘Neden hala yüzlerce iletişim fakültesi açıyorsunuz?’Hocanın yanıtı ise şöyle oldu: ‘Kaliteli yazar için kaliteli okur lazım. Kaliteli seyirci lazım. Biz onun peşindeyiz’ dedi. Bu beni çok etkilemişti” ifadelerini kullandı.
YEDİ GÜZEL ADAMIN HEPSİNİ YAKINDAN TANIDIM
Esenler Belediyesi’nin düzenlemiş olduğu Yedi Güzel Adam Edebiyat Okulu hakkında fikirlerini paylaşan Yılmaz, 7 rakamının önemine vurgu yaparak “Her kültürde, rakamların bir özelliği vardır. İlk defa belki burada duyacaksınız, 7 Arapçada sonsuzluğu ifade eder. Bana da rahmetli Muhammet Tancı, şunları söylemişti: ‘Arapçada olan yedi rakamı sizdeki 40 rakamı gibidir. Siz nasıl ki bir kahvenin 40 yıl hatırı var’ diyorsunuz, Arapçada da 7 işte bunun karşılığıdır. 7’nin bir kutsallığı da vardır: Yedi kat gök, Yedi Uyurlar…” şeklinde anlattı.
DİVAN EDEBİYATINI ANLAMAK İÇİN KUR’AN-I BİLMELİYİZ
Yılmaz, edebi eserlerde dinin temsili konusuna da değinerek “Mai ve Siyah kitabının başkarakteri Cemil, kitapta oturduğu bölgede Süleymaniye Camii’nin orada oturduğu halde hiç Süleymaniye’den bahsetmemiş. İşte, böyle garip kompleksli bir toplumuz. İnsan ruhuna en kestirme dinden gidilir. Dostoyevski’nin en önemli eserlerinden birisi, Karamazov Kardeşler’de Alyoşa karakteri, papaz çömezidir. Oradan, insan ruhuna girmeye çalışır. İlla dindar olmasına gerek yok. Tolstoy mesela kendine göre bir din kurma çabasında ama adamların eserlerinde özellikle Batı’dan Hıristiyanlığı çektiğimiz zaman, ne romanları kalır, ne tiyatroları kalır, ne resimleri kalır. Bizim divan edebiyatını anlamanız için, Kur’an-ı Kerim’i bilmeniz lazım, hadis bilmeniz lazım. Başka türlü anlayamazsınız. Bir Kafka’yı anlamak için Tevrat’ı okumuş olmanız lazım.
